We’ll still be providing you with the best Physical Therapy care you’ve come to expect from That’s The Knot plus a few new treatments to get you back to doing the activities you love.
As of June 18, 2018 we will now be The Institute for Advanced Medicine located at 907 SE Village Loop, Ste 5, Bentonville, AR. Just a few blocks away! Our new phone number is 479-268-6040.
